"It does not have to be perfect, it should be good-enough"What gets me is the hesitation people have in presenting what is 'good enough'. They toil on it, they revise it, they tweak it but they will not present it. They are seeking perfection and firstly perfection is usually not possible and secondly perfection is usually not required.
What is needed is an early draft and an opportunity to solicit feedback and get the ball rolling. Iterate through the cycle - create, review, incorporate and improve. The sooner you start, the sooner you have what is needed - perfect or 'good enough'.
So please - present a draft, get feedback, improve and get it done.
